Brilliant Lady Wrote Her Final Year Exam While Being Pregnant, Bags First Class Degree And Becomes Best Student Of The University

She became the department of linguistics and communications studies’ first-ever first-class graduate.

When Colette took her senior year exam, she was obviously pregnant. She claimed that after taking a test on Wednesday, she gave birth to a child the following Saturday.

She was the first student in the university’s history to receive a first-class degree from the Department of Linguistics and Communications Studies, according to a statement from the school.

Bassey Colette Offiong broke the record and became the first-ever and only student from linguistics and Nigerian languages to earn a first-class grade in the 2018/2019 academic year after so many years.

She wrote:

 “To God be the glory. I remember finishing exams on a certain Wednesday and giving birth that Saturday. It was one her of a ride but it ended in praise.”
